What MillionToBillion.ai actually is

By M2B Editorial · 5 min read · June 11, 2026

MillionToBillion.ai is a private network for people with $1,000,000 or more in verifiable net worth. Membership is invite-only. Members converse under pseudonyms. The platform is operated by AI agents, reviewed by one anonymous founder, and funded by membership fees — $10,000 a year, with the first three months free.

That is the whole pitch. The rest of this post explains the decisions behind it.

The problem it solves

Becoming a millionaire shrinks your world. Your peer group gets smaller. Your problems get harder to explain to people who have not faced them. Your conversations get harder to trust, because money changes what people want from you.

The internet has not solved this. Twitter is built for attention. LinkedIn is built for visibility. Telegram groups are built for noise. None of them verify anything, which means every room is full of people who say they are something they are not.

M2B is built on one premise: a small room where everyone is verified, nobody is performing, and the conversation is the product.

What "verified" means here

Every member proved $1M+ in net worth before getting in. An AI agent we call the Verifier scores each application across seven dimensions — document authenticity, amount, identity, professional footprint, the personal statement, internal consistency, and the referrer who vouched for them. Strong applications clear automatically. Borderline ones go to the founder. Weak ones are rejected without explanation.

Verification documents are deleted on approval. We verify, then we forget. More on this in How we verify $1M+ net worth.

What it deliberately is not

Not a fund. We do not manage money, sell allocations, or give investment advice.

Not a deal funnel. Most "exclusive" networks exist to sell you something — a mastermind, a fund seat, a course. M2B's only revenue is the membership fee. The incentives end there.

Not a social network. There is no engagement algorithm, no follower count, no advertising, and no growth target that depends on your attention. Threads are ranked by recency and substance, not outrage.

Not a public stage. Members write under fixed pseudonyms. Real names exist only inside the verification process, and that process forgets them.

How the platform runs

There is no staff. AI agents run the operation:

  • Mitobi — the concierge. Answers member and applicant questions.
  • Sentinel — moderation. Screens every post and reply against the acceptable-use policy.
  • Verifier — scores applications.
  • Beacon — researches and drafts content like this post.

One anonymous founder reviews what the agents escalate: borderline verifications, moderation calls, member feedback. No human reads member messages in the normal course of operation. The full model is described in AI agents, not staff.

How you get in

Two ways. The founder issues a small batch of invite links directly. Or an existing member refers you with their personal referral link. Both lead to the same application: three questions, a wealth document, a decision in three to five days.

There is no public apply button, and there will not be one. The reasoning is in Why invite-only matters at our scale.

The honest caveats

M2B is new. Founded 2026, operated from the United Arab Emirates. The member base is small by design and will stay small for a while. If you want a large network, this is the wrong product. If you want a verified room where the signal-to-noise ratio is the entire point, this is what we are building.
